Composite materials and innovative low-environmental-impact production technologies to manufacture cheaper bearing structures

The main application concerns the realization of bearing structures (poles) for telecommunication, street lighting, photovoltaic panels support introducing a material  made of  a wood or glass fibre-reinforced thermoplastic compound.

In order to accomplish this task, we have worked optimising the continuous extrusion process for the final manufacts.
