Cooperations

Pirelli Labs Optical Innovation is active in numerous research projects representing the hub of a network of qualified international partners.

Cooperations and joint research projects are estabilished with international partners such as the Georgia Technical University (design of high-speed communications systems, devices and chips, for applications ranging from electronic processing of WDM signals to broadband wireless Home Networking).

Joint activities and research programs are active with domestic academic institutions such as University of Roma3 (research on materials for advanced photonics applications) and other domestic labs such as CORECOM (advanced optical processing).
